Our client is a fast moving, leading edge company within the health sector. This role requires a tenacious and tough individual who has experience working as a HR Generalist / Business Partner.

This is a full generalist role supporting the HR Director, where you will be required to provide a comprehensive service to the ever expanding business on issues relating to ER, TUPE, senior level recruitment, development and practical delivery of training solutions. Coupled with the technical HR issues this role requires you to proactively manage key stakeholders right across the territory.

Our client will need you to be proactive and resilient by nature and able to influence and provide clarity, balancing priorities and building long lasting relationships within the business, working at all levels within the organisation. Confident, tactical and sensitive to the needs of the business, you're not afraid to challenge or question and will inspire and energise others, being able to translate HR process into easily defined deliverables.

To be considered for this opportunity you must be a strong commercially minded generalist with previous experience of HR Change, ER, recruitment, employment law, TUPE and ideally have operated within a unionised environment.
