As an HR Business Partner for the UK & Ireland you will report to the HR Director, Northern Europe, and be at the forefront of driving and delivering the HR strategy. The role will combine both strategic and operational elements and will offer the right applicant an exceptional opportunity to be part of a market leading brand at an exciting time of growth and change.
Working with the senior management team for a specific client group you will have responsibility for driving employee engagement, developing talent management plans and supporting line managers to develop and coach their staff. You will work with the wider HR team to support organisational change programmes, review and develop policies and processes and contribute to global HR projects.
The successful candidate will need a commercial focus and demonstrate they can initiate, develop, and deliver HR projects and initiatives that add value in a high energy and results driven environment. You will be highly visible within the business and have a real chance to build relationships with the business leaders and put your own stamp on the region. Passion and professionalism are key traits for this position.
This is a high profile role that requires an ambitious, inspirational HR Business Partner with exceptional commercial awareness coupled with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with ambiguity. The right candidate will be of degree caliber and have a track record in a complex, matrix environment - ideally FMCG, Pharmaceuticals or similar.
