Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Hertfordshire
Position: Permanent 3.5 days a week

New HR Business Partner required to join this global pharmaceutical organization:
The Role
- To advise senior managers on HR issues
- Helping with the development of the business
- Provide support to the company in order for them to meet their targets
- Make sure all HR demands are met and demonstrated
- Build strong relationships with HR stakeholders
The Candidate
- Must be CIPD qualified/ Relevant degree
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Business partnering experience is essential
