Role - HR Business Partner
Industry - Telecommunications, major blue chip
Contract type - Permanent
Salary - £40k to £45k per annum
Location - Near Windsor
Our client, a leading multinational telecoms company is currently searching for a high calibre HR Consultant who will be responsible for coordinating many aspects of their HR. The role will be demanding but there will be a large number of opportunities for career development. Your role will be to provide strong HR support to managers including guidance on employee relations, recruitment and professional development.
You will be responsible for c.300+ employees from diverse areas of the business that include operations and technical staff so experience of working with a similar client group would be advantageous. You will also be heavily involved with HR policies and procedures including adherence to employment law. You will need to develop an excellent understanding of how this highly matriculated company operates including learning and adhering to its commercial objectives whilst ensuring that all areas of HR support the requirements of the business and tie in with the corporate strategy. There will be elements of HRIS, salary reviews and along with a need for some knowledge around compensation and benefits.
A well-rounded generalist with good commercial business partnering experience would definitely suit the role.
Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
Graduate CIPD
4 years + experience
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
Diplomatic and negotiation skills
Self-starter and initiative
The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
IT skills
Good UK employment law knowledge
Experience gained in a large global brand desirable
