Managing a demanding and diverse client group, you will be responsible for providing commercially focused and technically sound HR generalist support. This will include coaching line managers, recruitment, performance management, analysing MI, running compensation reviews and talent and development. The business is going through a large change program so this is a fantastic opportunity to manage change projects within the client group on a European and International basis. You will also be the Employee Relations specialist for the Business Partner team and manage the senior level cases as well as restructures, redundancies, TUPEs and redeployment.
The successful candidate will have a proven generalist background within a financial or professional services environment and have excellent employee relations experience. You will be able to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced matrix environment and deal effectively with senior level stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills, credibility and the ability to build relationships quickly are essential for this role as well as advanced knowledge of HR polices and legislation.
