I am recruiting for a HR Business partner for a 12 month contract. The role will be based in Merseyside with a leading FMCG organisation. This will be a true HR Business Partner role and will focus on change management, trade union negotiations and partnering with the senior team to achieve business objectives.

This role is best suited to a candidate with experience in a fast paced and changing environment. You will need to be commercially focused and have operated in a business partner role previously within a unionised environment.

Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits
