HR Business Partner / HR AdvisorChichester & Bognor Regis34,000 - 37,000 per annum plus 10% car allowance & benefitsMy client, a large outsourcing organisation is currently seeking a HR Business Partner / HR Advisor on a permanent basis to look after two sites in Chichester and Bognor Regis. This role is split between both sites and you will be required to deal with all HR issues which arise in a timely manner. As the HR Business Partner / HR Advisor you'll report into the Regional HR Manager and be responsible for circa 250 staff and for particular client groups based at each site so you must have a full UK driving licence and are able to commute to both Chichester & Bognor Regis.Role Outline of the HR Operations Partner:To provide pragmatic, operational HR support to Senior Management / Managers within one or more business units in line with Company approach, procedures and legal requirements. To promote the Group HR Model and assist the HRM to deliver added value to the business through providing commercially focused solutions that help meet business objectives. To work with the HR Sales and Integration team on small to medium sized transition activity and support in integrating new business into existing business units.Skills & Experience:Build strong, professional relationships with Management teams and regularly participate in Senior Management Team meetings. Provide commercially focussed advice and support to Managers on all Employee Relations issues in line with Company procedures including disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence issues. Raise and improve business/Managers awareness of current and new Employment Legislation as well as other corporate initiatives. Produce Monthly HR report and accurate statistics for HR Manager by the required deadlines. Analyse and Identify trends and proactively address issues of high turnover, sickness and cost savings with the Business unit(s) supported. Effective, timely management of Employment Tribunal claims within business area(s), including formulation of ET3 responses and preparation of bundles and witness statements, attending case management discussions and presenting at tribunal hearing as appropriate.
