This is a Fixed Term Contract initially for 3-6 months for a Global Financial Services Business although it is likely to extend.

It is to interview and start ASAP so you should be on a maximum of one weeks notice therefore to apply.

They company have a number of Client Sites across the UK and Europe, some through acquisition, and are currently going through an HR Plan to look at maximising the potential of each site so cost to recruit and train are being reviewed along with things like attrition rates.

The HRBP should be used to working in a Change Orientated environment and must have exposure to both TUPE and Redundancy situations.

You will need a credible and resilient personality to work in what will be quite a demanding and changing operation with Managers who may not be facing the change very positively. There is a good current HR team and you will report to the HR Director.

There will be travel involved, mostly UK, so please only apply if you are able to spend 1-2 nights away as required for work.
