The successful individual will be CIPD qualified and will take responsibility for providing advice on all or any HR queries including disciplinary, grievance, dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, maternity and paternity rights, hours, creation and implementation of required HR documentation including policies and procedures. The Person We particularly welcome applications from individuals with a high degree of commerciality as the role is the single point of contact for employees and managers in business units and so will be required to act as the performance improvement driver, provoke positive changes in the people management policies and processes, managing complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally, supporting the recruitment of key talent and work as an integral member of the Group HR team to integrate new acquisitions into the business As this role reports directly to the Group HR Director but will have day-to-day contact with number of other executives and managers the role requires exceptional interpersonal skills an ability to be genuinely 'hands on' and a personality capable of building strong business relationship with the internal clients.
