We are currently recruiting for a part time HR Business Partner on an interim assignment on two days per week. This role could go permanent at the end of the initial interim assignment. Purpose of Position: The HR Business Partner plays a vital role in supporting the business proactively translate business requirements into effective HR practices across business units, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.The HR Business Partner will assist the Sr. HRBP to plan, develop, and implement HR services, programs, and activities to support the growth of our HR Operations.To support the HR leadership team to achieve HR`s strategic objectives, as set out in the HR Strategic Plan by acting as the HR ambassador on a range of different projects and initiatives. Primary responsibilities: Build strong partnerships with the business and provide counsel, advice and coaching support to managers to enhance the performance and capability of their teams and to address a range of workforce issuesEnsure that the company is meeting its legal obligationsTrain employees on the application of new policies and proceduresProactively supports the delivery of HR processes at the business side and continuously monitor and review HR transaction flows for process improvementsSupport employee engagement and retention initiatives, encompassing effective culture and communication strategies, leadership, team development and workforce metricsPerform all activities related to the employee lifecycle, from set up and on boarding of new hires through the exit process, employee relations, and miscellaneous HR projectsEnsure rollout and implementation of the HR programs within - Recruitment, Performance management, Compensation and Benefits, Learning & Organisation Development, HR Communications, HRIS etc.Assist business leaders with workforce planning, develop organisation structure and propose changes as the need arisesConduct thorough and effective investigations of breach of code of conductHelp build capability across the Group by driving talent acquisition efforts to identify, recruit, develop, integrate/on-board, and retain key talentDrive the entire performance management process for all employees, maintain data and produce status reportsEnsure effective implementation of development plans for key employees and high potential employeesAdvise & consult with managers on performance improvement processesEnsure that salary increases, adjustments, leave, bonus and VP are accurately recordedRespond to queries from employees on HR policies, procedures, benefits related and operational HR issuesConduct employee exit interviews and provide feedback to Senior HRBP and ManagementTo promote the use of HR systems policies and processesPerform other job related duties that may be assigned from time to time. Minimum education and experience required: Relevant HR or business related qualificationMinimum 5 years` experience in HRProven track record of working with a leadership level on a consultative and partnering basisA deep understanding of Employment Law (UK)Experience in implementing new initiatives and influencing stakeholdersExperience working in a global setting is desirableExcellent written and spoken English Key competencies and professional expertise required: Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with standards practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government lawAbility to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issuesConfidence and strong facilitation and presentation skillsDemonstrated understanding of the confidentiality of discussions and recordsDetail oriented with strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skillsExcellent relationship management skillsHigh level of professional credibility and integrityWillingness to travel if and when the need
