My client is a leading finacial company looking to recruit a HRBP to their head office in London Bridge. This is a new role for the company and an exciting oppourtunity to waith a growing global company. JOB TITLE: HR Business Partner LOCATION: London Bridge REPORTS TO: Group HR Manager (UK) JOB SUMMARYThis is an exciting new standalone role in a regional office of a growing global finance services company. Building collaborative relationship with line managers the job holder will be the go to adviser for all day to day people matters, will be responsible for building Line Management capability, resource and talent management planning and delivery of activities to support local retention and engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide managers with support and guidance in a wide range of areas including organisational problem solving, behavioural change, change management, employee development, employee relations and performance management. To work with site managers to lead and implement the Group people plans, this will include Performance Management , Talent Management , Reward and Employee Relations. Act as a 'trusted advisor' responsible for coaching and advising line management on business HR mattersWork with line managers and central HR team to ensure the effective execution of employee transactions including new starters contract changes and leavers Work with Group Recruitment Manager to ensure strong employer brand, quality pipeline of talent Ensure that the appropriate local resource plans are in place and that recruiting managers are properly equipped to make quality selection decisions Support Line managers to ensure a seamless and efficient engagement and on boarding experience for new and prospective hires. Identify and communicate business and local people priorities and influence the development of the wider people plan Coach managers and ensure they have access to information on the HR basics of line management including performance and absence management Support local management in the staff annual pay review and bonus process.Manage any local complex employee relations issues from identification to effective resolution, including liaising with third party advisors as necessary Contribute to the development of HRIS (NetSuite) and ensure local line managers are using the system optimally Support measurement and reporting of people performance metrics. Work collaboratively with HR Colleagues to deliver global HR projects and improvement initiatives QualificationsDegree or Equivalent ExperienceMinimum of 5 Years broad HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience Experience of working within a large, professional services environment ideally in a global/group HR capacity Well developed HR technical expertise and coaching skills Experience of delivering process change / achieving continual improvementStrong organisation and work planning abilities combined with a high level of attention to detail and work standardsDemonstrate the importance of client service both internally and externally, and be adept at managing stakeholders Resilient self starter who is comfortable in standalone role and working remotely from team Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel Prepared and able to travel to other offices in the group
