As a newly created role in an expanding and evolving HR function this role will be central in assisting in the development of strategy and execution across management and leadership development, organisational performance and resourcing across our Clients National organisation.

This is a broad opportunity with responsibilities across:

*Supporting in Central Functions HR business partnering activity
*Design and implementation of management development programmes
*Building succession plans into all key positions
*Development of successor population, ensuring readiness in lean organisation
*Talent evaluation and building career paths
*Driving performance management process and culture
*Organisational Design
*Management of resourcing strategy, including competency
frameworks and vendor selection & management
*Support to operational HR on all T, D and PM design and programme management
*Design of performance management system and process
*Design of Leadership Capability process and tie into talent management processes

As an experienced HR professional you will have:
*Broad generalist HR experience, covering all elements of HR Management
*Some previous experience within a learning and development role,
*A track record of success gained in a fast-paced, cost-conscious and customer focussed business environment
*An understanding of how to build organisational capability through effective talent management, succession planning and learning and development
*Experience of and credibility to interface at senior management level
*Excellent relationship and rapport building skills with internal and external contacts at any level
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
