This is a new role created to support the group HRD during a busy period of internal change and transformation.
You will provide project support to a key work stream requiring further support to re-position the HR people strategy.
In line with the changes happening across this key area of the business they are looking at their people strategy and their workforce requirements moving forward. The aim is to create the most efficient and productive workforce to deliver the highest standard of customer support. The role will design and implement new and creative HR solutions to ensure this is creative.
You will need to ensure that all changes are managed in the correct manner working with a number of project managers and other internal consultants. Working closely with the HRD, you will be responsible for leading the process for a particular area of the organisation.
Provide input and deliver the HR project plan for transition and if required transformation.
Deliver internal and external presentations to in scope employees and trade unions where necessary.
Check the required resourcing for future service delivery and establish the match and discrepancies with the employees within the scope.
Design and execution of HR transition arrangements.
You will have strong HR change management experience where you have led work streams within a fast paced commercial environment.
