An excellent opportunity for a HR Co-ordinator to join a registered charity based near Amersham has arisen. The ideal candidate for this role must have experience in a similar role, as they will need to effectively co-ordinate HR administration for the company. The salary for this role is up to 26,000 dependant on experience. Key Responsibilities: Proactively administer the end to end recruitment process in line with organisation policies and statutory requirements Ensure all required data is inputted onto the HR systems to ensure paperwork and workflows are commenced within appropriate timescales Collate the variable data from HR for monthly payroll Ensure all enquiries into the HR office are passed on accordingly or dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner Produce the weekly vacancy list for distribution Ensure all paper and electronic HR files and folders are maintained and up to date Proactively manage routine monthly HR tasks in line with scheduled deadlines such as pay increments, sickness monitoring, exit interviews and right to work checks Be proactive in raising any issues, patterns or trends identified whilst performing day to day duties Manage the HR administration process documents ensuring they are always up to date Produce accurate correspondence as required within processes, and ad hoc as necessary Make decisions on day-to-day administration matters within the remit of the role, and exercise discretion when handling HR work Key Skills: Experience in a similar role CIPD Foundation HR Certificate Level 3 or associate equivalent (or willing to work towards it) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience of working with a HR database Proven workplace ability to act with discretion and diplomacy Excellent written, verbal and numerical skills Highly organised and able to manage time efficiently Professional manner with a high work ethic standard Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training and skills that they identify.
