We are currently recruiting for a fantastic vacancy that has arisen to join one of our clients as a HR Coordinator/Advisor. This opportunity will be based at their offices in the North West or South West. We are currently looking for somebody who has previous experience working within a HR function and understands the day to day responsibilities involved. Reporting to the company Directors, you will be responsible for the administration throughout the team and ensure all documentation is up to date. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing all recruitment processes; preparing job descriptions, person specifications and advertisement of opportunities.Shortlist and conduct interviews with potential candidates.Providing administrative support to the company Directors and ensure all data is correct and up to date.Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation. This opportunity will standard office hours working Monday to Friday.
