A unique and interesting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated HR professional to join one of theUK's leading business services companies. We are looking for experienced HR professionals who have the ability, professionalism and personality to visit clients on their own premises, with a view to creating bespoke contracts of employment; providing advice and coaching to clients on employment law issues and HR policy best practice; and on occasion deliver group training courses on employment law topics. Strong employment law knowledge is essential, as is experience of providing HR advice in a busy commercial environment. As your clients will range in size from SMEs to corporations, an ability to be flexible and adaptable, coupled with excellent communication skills, will be essential. Other than your time on site at your Clients you will be home based, although you will be required to travel to the Head Office for regular meetings. In return you will benefit from an excellent training scheme and a supportive team structure and reporting line. A strong benefits package is available with this role, including a company car.
