A HR Manager/Business Partner is required for a 12 month FTC to work in collaboration with the Talent function to bring employees from other parts of the business into the existing organisation based in the UK. You will be responsible for liaising closely with the International Mobility Team to ensure that candidates get the best possible secondment experience and that reward packages are appropriate, consistent and in line with Company Policy. You will engage with Stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that the secondment programmes are delivering the right business benefits. Other key accountabilities will include:

Identification of inbound and outbound opportunities and the selection of suitable candidates and management of the return' arrangements at the end of the secondment period
Working with the business unit to ensure that each candidate is managed and supported appropriately.
Manage the preparation of the terms and conditions of engagement for each secondee.
Securing "sign off" of the cost profile and funds for each overseas assignment.
Ensure ROI of the mobility and secondment programmes by monitoring benefits and ensuring they are aligned to overall business goals and objectives.

The suitable candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to mange senior stakeholders. You will have a track record within HR, possibly talent and demonstrate immediate credibility. The role would suit a highly capable and commercially minded generalist with the potential and ambition and to deepen their skills in a Talent Management.
