My client, a world renowned London University are currently looking for a highly skilled HR Consultant  for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Working alongside the HR Director in a senior HR consultant position you will adding vital support to the HR Director and HR team during what will be a challenging time within the University.

Due to the complexity of the situation the successful candidate must have a proven track record of dealing with complex and often high profile ER cases within a Higher Education environment. You must also be a credible communicator and have the ability to build strong relationships with the most senior stakeholders within an Academic environment.
