Our client, a leading multinational telecoms company is currently searching for a high calibre HR Consultant who will be responsible for coordinating many aspects of their HR. The role will be demanding but there will be a large number of opportunities for career development. Your role will be to provide strong HR support to managers including guidance on employee relations, recruitment and professional development.

You will be responsible for partnering a large group of employees from diverse areas of the business and will be heavily involved with HR policies and procedures including adherence to employment law.

You will need to develop an excellent understanding of how this highly matriculated company operates including learning and adhering to its commercial objectives and ensuring that all areas of HR are in line with its business requirements and corporate strategy. A well-rounded generalist with the ability to partner senior managers would definitely suit the role.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

CIPD Graduate
4 years + experience
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
Diplomatic and negotiation skills
The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
IT skills
UK employment law knowledge
Experience gained in a large blue chip company desirable
