Babcock International Group is currently looking to appoint a HR Contracts Administrator to work onsite in Lakeside, Portsmouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out transactional HR activity on HR Administrative and Payroll processes and respond to enquiries; in accordance with legislation, suggested best practice and Babcock procedures and guidelines. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong administration experience with excellent communication and organisation skills. Responsibilities: Process all new contracts of employment Meet deadlines in accordance with payroll and SLAs Initiate Security Clearance and medical requirements in accordance with business requirements Respond to first line HR administrative queries as appropriate, e.g. face to face or via email or telephone, written correspondence Ensure all employee information is processed accurately and checked Maintain accurate systems information within scope of role and in line with current data protection legislation Process all requests effectively, accurately and efficiently and in accordance with procedures.
