HR CoordinatorLondon (Baker Street)20,000 - 25,000 per annum plus benefitsMy client based in London, Baker Street is actively seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The HR Coordinator will report into the HR Manager and provide a generalist service to the HR function. This is a generalist role which requires some who has previous experience working in a HR function looking to take their next step. Key Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:* Recruitment Administration - Writing job adverts, taking job specifications from line managers and logging CVs from agencies and direct streams* Supporting the induction process for new employees* Database administration* Provide HR support to HR Team and Directors* Undertake administrative tasks as required* Coordination of all recruitment and training administration across the business* Supporting the team with case management* Note taking* Data entry into the HR system and ensure information is up to dateKey personal requirements for the HR Coordinator:* Highly organised with excellent time management skills and a calm, unflappable manner* Full or part qualified or willingness to work towards CIPD* Ability to organise and prioritise workload* 1 or 2 years' experience working as a HR administrator/assistant* A high level of flexibility and a positive attitude to innovation and change* A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers at all levels* Meticulous in your attention to detail and accuracy with excellent spelling, grammar and proof reading skills* You'll thrive on working in a fast paced environment, you'll have acute attention to detail and be keen to Deliver Results.If you have demonstrable experience in the above accountabilities and possess the key skills required, please apply now.Ninesharp are a minimum fuss specialist HR recruitment consultancy.
