Description

One of our global IT clients require an HR Coordinator to join their Dublin office to support their Pre-University Outreach Program. The program itself supports access to network resources, use of technology in the learning process and sharing of ideas. As HR Coordinator you will be an integral part of the EMEA Education Outreach team. This will involve significant involvement in the planning, event management, logistics coordination and stakeholder relationship management. The role will suit someone with a keen interest in improving access to Science, Technology and Engineering. Responsibilities will include: Coordinate and manage logistics for pre-university programs Manage external relationships with vendors, guest speakers, faculty Track and produce management information to measure program success The preferred candidate will be a solutions led, client service orientated, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills. You will be able to display a proficiency in Word and Excel. This role is offered on a 12 month contract basis. Please include current salary details - basic, bonus plus any benefits - when applying
