Are you an enthusiastic, organised and confident HR Assistant? Are you available immediately? An exciting position has arisen in a lively, creative and vibrant HR department working in a fast-paced media / hospitality brand. As HR Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring efficient administrative support and assisting in the day to day running of the office. Key responsibilities include maintaining HR records, managing the starters and leavers process, providing support to the HR Manager and spear-heading and coordinating key projects that form an integral part of the over-arching HR agenda. Using the skills you have gained from working in an HR or Payroll administration role, and with experience of project management, you will have excellent IT skills and a proven track record of successfully working to strict deadlines. You will have the initiative and confidence to bring your own ideas to the table and a desire to assert your influence on the business and the team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be confident in dealing with sensitive HR issues and competent in dealing with a wide range of sector related issues. Experience working in a multiple-site environment would be desirable as this role will involve some (minimal) travel to other sites within London.
