£32,000 p.a. + benefits Based in Hampstead, North London Anthony Nolan is a pioneering charity that saves the lives of people with blood cancer, such as leukaemia. We are the oldest and largest blood stem cell register in the UK with over 430,000 registered donors. Every day, we match remarkable people willing to donate their stem cells with others desperately in need of lifesaving transplants. We are now looking for a HR Development Manager to join our small but busy HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional to manage our training and development programme, and assist the Head of HR and team in providing a generalist HR service to our colleagues, students and work placement visitors. If you are CIPD qualified (or equivalent), have previous employee development and HR experience, great interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to demonstrate diplomacy and tact we would like to hear from you. A sound knowledge of employment legislation is essential and previous budget and payroll experience would be desirable.
