Our Client are based in Leeds and are looking for a senior Human Resources Professional to add to their senior management team. The business is fast paced, commercially focused and change driven, this is an excellent career move for a Human Resources professional to further their career.
As Group Human Resources Director for this FTSE 100 organisation, you will be responsible for both operational and strategic direction to the business. You will drive change initiatives throughout the business from a Human Resources perspective. Within the role you will promote HR 'best practice' and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies and procedures.
You will be used to operating at a senior level within a business and be looking for a larger stage to showcase your talent, you will be comfortable working with and influencing at board level on a wide range of strategic Human Resources issues. You will be a Chartered Member or Fellow of the CIPD and of graduate calibre.
