Our client based in Staines, Surrey are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist to commence ASAP for a period of 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity to work within and International Organisation and would be ideal for methodical candidates who enjoy implementing new ideas and procedures. Responsibilities Include: Developing, drafting and reviewing HR policies, contracts of employments, procedures and processes.Ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with European legislationDetermining visa requirements in various countries and providing assistance to secure those where necessary;Assisting in the recruitment process, including preparation of job descriptions, offer letters and contracts of employment;Providing support and developing /training European HR co-ordinators;Assisting with learning and development strategies;Maintaining appropriate confidentiality of information relating to the Company and its staff and complianceOther HR activities as required. Desirable: Strong knowledge of MS Office SystemsPrevious experience in assessing and making recommendations on HR policies and proceduresExperience in working for an International organisationKnowledge of International legislationMethodical with a high attention to detail Interested?
