Working for this Asset Management firm, there is a need to recruit a talented HR Generalist to support a specific client group as the organisation grows. You will operate as a trusted partner to a senior management population providing strategic, tactical and operational support and functional expertise across talent management and engagement, performance and reward, change management and employee relations and senior strategic resourcing with a thorough generalist HR remit. This role demands a confident and self-sufficient relationship manager with proven commercial generalist HR experience and a track record of delivery within financial services or professional services environments. Client focused, analytical and pragmatic, you will be a strong team player and be comfortable working in a high pressure, fast paced environment where identifying needs, providing solutions and adding value is a prerequisite. You will also receive coaching from the HR Director with clear succession into more senior HRBP opportunities within 18 months.
