HR Generalist, £30-35k, Engineering/Manufacturing, South Herts (Short Train Journey from Liverpool Street) With Possible Internation Exposure
A global Engineering and Manufacturing company is looking for an HR Advisor to join their team. An exciting and growing organisation they are looking for an HR Advisor who will help with all Generalist HR responsibilities with great opportunities for career progression within the company.
The role As HR Generalist you will be required to help with all aspects of HR within the company. With a relatively small client group in a Global Business you will be exposed to full Generalist responsibilities. Reporting into an HR Manager who is often off site, you will be required to work independently but with the resources for advice when needed. The HR Manager is also developing HR Stratagy for 5 International Sites which you have the opportunity to advise on.
The Client Group With c.200 employees in your business unit you will be working with a mix of employees from R&D Engineers to Manufacturing staff. Although a small client group you will be in a huge network as the company is Global.
Skill Set You will be experienced in all aspects of Generalist HR; Payroll, Benefits, ER, Policy Writing etc. The preferred background would be Manufacturing, Logistics or Engineering. Although working with an HR Manager and Administrator experience of a standalone position is desirable.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Generalist who is looking for an opportunity which will allow them to expand their HR exposue and knowledge both Nationally and Internationally within a Global organisation.
