Our client, one of the leading Brand Management companies in the fashion, sports and outdoor markets is currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join their Human Resources team. They are passionate about their products and are focussed on creativity and performance. Honesty and Integrity are key to their brand which they are always striving to improve. They are looking for a like-minded individual with a passion to succeed and make their mark in this exciting role.

As the HR Business Partner, your role will include responsibility for a mixed client group of both Head Office functions as well as some of the well known brands operating across the United Kingdom. Having recently gone through a HR restructure, your relationship management skills will be tested to the max, it requires you to be inquisitive, proactive and due to the nature of the complexity of the client group your ability to make tough, commercial decisions in a constantly changing environment are key. If you can survive in ambiguity and enjoy not knowing what will happen next then this opportunity will definitely appeal to you.

The ideal candidate will be an HR Generalist with extensive knowledge and experience of best practice Human Resource Management, operating at a Business Partner level. You will also be CIPD qualified and although based in London, you must be able to travel as part of the client group is based in the North of England.
