Key Duties and Responsibilities To liaise with applicants both on the phone and in writing regarding their job applicationsTo arrange the psychometric assessment of applicants as requestedTo prepare interview assessor packs prior to assessments/interviewsTo act as note-taker at formal meetings with employees, such as disciplinary meetings, grievance hearings, flexible working requestsTo contribute to the planning and delivery of internal communication and engagement initiativesTo ensure accuracy and precision on all documentsTo assist with the planning and organisation of company eventsTo take ownership of updating all EU Organisational ChartsTo assist with the coordination of employee induction and ongoing trainingTo undertake departmental administration, filing and post duties and to undertake all other reasonable duties as requestedTo coordinate the provision of eye tests and eye care vouchers as required by the DSE regulationTo coordinate and conduct exit interviews as requestedTo maintain and update Net2 employee absence/holiday recording systemTo assist in the implementation and maintenance of a HRIS systemTo create and maintain engaging and professional daily wallboard content for a range of EU countries (wallboards are one of our internal mechanisms for communicating data and updates to our employeesTo gain and understanding of the visa application processWorking with other teams within the company in an efficient, proactive way to ensure a first class service is delivered at all timeTo coordinate the post-employment screening checks on all new recruitsTo work with professionalism, honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentialityTo embrace the Company valuesAssist with ensuring HR files are keep up to date with all relevant personal data.Liaise with HR and Communications colleagues across the EU ESSENTIAL A proactive approach and the ability to multi-task a changing workload efficiently and effectivelyThe willingness to be flexible to ensure candidates and internal managers are offered a first class HR serviceFluency in EnglishBusiness, Administration, Language, HR or Psychology related degree or equivalentGood organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet targets and deadlinesCompetent in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook DESIRABLE Experience working in an administrative capacity within a busy, commercial environmentConfident dealing with colleagues from all levels of the organisationExperience of working professionally in a highly confidential environmentFluency in a European language Additional Information: Location: London, Southwark Hours of work: A minimum of 40 hours per week excluding meal breaks.
