Description

My client is looking to recruit an Interim HR Manager for an initial 12 month contract to be based in Hertfordshire. Working in a small team, you will be responsible for supporting a dedicated client group of c.150 employees.

You will be working with Senior Managers who are bought into HR and will be receptive to ideas and change and will work closely with them to provide support and coaching as needed.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Taking the lead on ER issues and people related matters
* Working closely with managers to support and coach on a range of HR topics
* Work with management in all recruitment and selection activities including the administration of SHL testing so being SHL qualified to Level A is essential
* Implementing HR plans in relation to reorganisations, restructures etc
* Interpret and advise on company policy issues within legislation guidelines

Occasional travel to other sites will be required so flexibility is needed.
