Description
This role requires an HR Management Professional, CIPD qualified or similar, to provide an HR infrastructure that effectively supports the businesses in their day to day operations. The positions will support up to 60 personnel as part of the corporate development team. Primarily the duties will include: Reviewing and updating the HR Business Strategy whilst providing yearly draft HR objectives, reviewing and updating HR policies, recruitment & selection, performance management, maintaining salary and remuneration packages, training and development and employment law.
