Description

My client is a well known global brand who strive for excellence. They are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the central support team based at their head offices. You will ensure the delivery of expert and business focused advice and accurate HR administration in line with the organisations corporate objectives.

It is essential that you have experience of leading a highly effective support centre and have sound knowledge of employment law and have the ability to understand and influence the business and balance commercial needs with assessed risks.

You will have a proven track record in management and coaching and have some experience of providing technical and practical support over the telephone. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified. Strong influencing and negotiating skills would be advantageous.
