Description
This leading international brand are currently seeking an HR Manager Operations to join their established team in Surrey.As HR Manager you will manage day to day employee relations activity in a heavily unionised environment, manage recruitment activity, support the implementation and communication of reward initiatives, deliver knowledge based training, manage talent and succession planning, lead a variety of HR projects and work as part of a wider HR team to deliver results efficiently and effectively.
If you have broad generalist HR experience, are CIPD qualified and possess a proven track record in a fast moving commercial environment (must possess union experience) then it would be great to hear from you.
