Adecco is leading recruitment consultancy who are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager/Business Partner to take on full responsibility for the HR function for our Clients Liverpool office. Our client is an International Business and a leader in their market place

Reporting to HR Director you would be responsible the strategic and operation HR function for the business and be part of the Senior Management team. The role will require someone to be able to make decisions and take charge of the HR function as they will be part of a wider EMEA HR team based across the globe.

Providing HR support to managers at the site
Employee relations including development of retention and reward programs
Learning and development, identify skills gaps and develop training programmes for staff progression
Reduction of absenteeism
Take charge of HR projects
Provide the Directors which HR solutions to support growth and changes within the business
Implementation of HR policies
Performance management
Attendance monitoring

For this role it is essential that you have strong experience at a senior level and have been responsible for the HR function for a site or business. Successful candidates will also need to be either CIPD qualified or hold a relevant degree. You will also need to be able to demonstrate how you have been responsible for improving staff retention and development.

Knowledge or an understanding of the Kaizer HR toll is required

For this position it is essential that you have worked within the Business Services Industry where there is a focus on client delivery and service.
