Our client is a leading global management and IT consultancy house, and they currently require an experienced HR Generalist to join their established and highly successful HR team. The role will be working in a true partnership approach with the business, and with the opportunity of working alongside key senior stakeholders in the organisation. Providing full generalist HR support you will advise the business on key employee relations issues as well as HR policy and procedural advice. You will have excellent employee relations experience and strong employment knowledge, whilst demonstrating an ability and track record in excellent stakeholder management. Ideally your HR Generalist/ER background will come from a large matrix organisation or blue chip business, and at a personal level, you will be tenacious, resilient and capable of working well under pressure.
