My well known and respected client has a great opportunity for an experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner / Senior HR Advisor (ready for the step to HRM) to join their successful team!The primary focus of the HR Manager is to provide the highest quality of HR support to designated business functions so that they can achieve their commercial objectives. In support of the Associate HR Director, the HR Manager takes a lead role in developing and implementing HR strategies, programmes, activities, policies and procedures to support the current and future needs of the business. As such, the HR Manager works closely with all members of the EMEA HR department in the UK and across EMEA, and other relevant departments as appropriate.The HR Manager will provide leadership activities including, but not limited to:. Supporting the work of the Associate HR Director - UK, Ireland, Netherlands and Nordics. Designing and implementing HR strategies. Building capability. Resource planning. Recruitment support. Business advice and support. HR OperationsThe HR Manager is a key role within HR team in providing senior level HR information, guidance and support to colleagues. . Graduate or equivalent. MCIPD Qualification preferred. . Broad experience in Human Resources ideally working in a matrix structure and supporting operational colleagues on a wide range of employment issues. Previous line management experience would be an advantage.
