The SF Group is currently recruiting exclusively on behalf of a manufacturing business, going through a period of growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a permanent HR Manager to join the business. You will have a small team of HR professionals reporting into you. Our client is a well respected manufacturing business operating across the UK with a strong brand and exceptional presence in their marketplace. As the HR Manager, you will work alongside the Senior Leadership team reporting into the Senior HR Manager and Managing Director. You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the people agenda, whilst working on key HR initiatives to support the overall aims of the business. This is a truly generalist role and will involve the management of all Employee Relations issues, Training and Development, Succession Planning, Organisational Design and Development, ensuring excellent Employee Engagement is maintained, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships on site with people at all levels.
In order to be successful for this role,you will be a true HR Generalist, with a strong employee relations background, excellent working knowledge of UK employment law and best practice. You will have a strong academic track record ideally CIPD qualified (or equivalent) or working towards. Ideally you will have had exposure of working in a fast paced FMCG, manufacturing or retail business.
In exchange my client is offering £40,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience, along with excellent benefits.
