Qualifications

* AAT or equivalent
* Minimum 3+ year experience in general practice in current role
* After an initial 6 months based in our Ilkley office, a desire to work flexibly from our *hotdesk arrangement in Ilkley, Leeds serviced offices and from home, a mixture of which to suit you.
* Experience of cloud based accounting is desirable but by no means essential
* However a desire to work at the cutting edge of both IT within the profession and modern working practices. We are not a traditional firm.

* Salary 25k - 30k obviously dependent on experience and qualifications (the range deliberately left wide)

Job specification

* Entire management of the accounts production control systems
* Prepare accounts for clients in a wide range of industries
* Assistance with other compliance assignments (vat, cis, payroll)
* Prepare value added management reports for all completed financial statements (benchmarking, cash flow, profit reconciliation, projected financial statements, business valuations etc.) These report production systems are fully automated.
* Assist with the onboarding of clients from traditional server based systems to our **VFO systems
* Work to value based pricing assignments (we do not keep time sheets).
* Assist partners with data required for adhoc assignments including proposal preparations, specialist tax work, business valuations, expert witness work etc. etc.

**VFO - Virtual Finance Office. A complete bookkeeping, vat, payroll, management accounting, document storage and telephony provision for clients who wish to outsource their entire finance function. Based upon Xero with apps to facilitate the additional services (Receipt bank, Vend, Chaser, GoCardless, Directli, WorklowMax, Crunchboards etc.)
