Job Title: HR Manager Location: Fareham Hours of work: Approximately 20 hours per week Salary: Dependent on candidate experience We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join our client who are planning a vast growth over the next 5 years. Our client is a well-established leading manufacturer of secure storage and logistical products. The HR Manager will play a key part in developing the future team for the business as well as establishing core values and processes to aid in the journey. Our client has excellent levels of employee engagement currently, and is passionate to ensure that this is maintained through the next fast growth phase. Responsibilities of the HR Manager will include but are not limited to: Leading the company in the acquisition and retention of top talentWorking closely with the board to help execute and deliver the strategic objectives that are related to Human ResourcesCreating, implementing and delivering all HR policies and procedures as neededOverseeing and ensuring robust and effective induction programmes for all new recruits are implemented for successful on boardingManaging and overseeing Employees RelationsMonitoring absence and employee turnover and identifying effective action and implementing proactive solutionsManaging the Performance Management process and ensuring that regular reviews are conducted and identifying training and developments needsIdentifying, managing and supporting continuous development and succession planning through the appraisal process and feedback The successful candidate will have: Previous experience operating as a HR ManagerA HR professional qualification (would be advantageous however not essential)Proven experience in delivering effective training, driving standards and capability across the businessHave strong proven experience in the recruitment process (start to finish)Excellent leadership experienceSound employment law knowledge The ideal candidate will be: Able to work under pressure and be results-focused.Able to see the situation from a 30,000 feet perspective as well as at ground level.Confident, professional communicator with the ability to operate within a busy and demanding work environmentEnthusiasm, positive "can do" attitude and dynamism
