Description
There is an opportunity for an HR Manager to join one of the truly international leading law firms on 9 month basis. This role will support the fee earning population of the firm and report to a senior HR manager in a robust and progressive HR function.
The HR Managers responsibilities will include:
Provide generalist support to the fee earning population
Running the disciplinary and grievance process
Development, maintenance and implementation where necessary of HR policies
Developing on going understanding of employment law
Provide support to HR project teams
Provide support and guidance for any change management programmes
Contribute to annual appraisal and pay reviews
The preferred candidate will be degree educated and hold a relevant qualification in HR. You will be able to display a competent understanding of working inside an partnership environment, be able to establish credibility in a fast moving environment, display solid employment law and ER comprehension, confident communicator who can express oneself with economy and have a well rounded generalist background.
