A professional services outsourcing business based in South West London/Surrey, is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager on a contract to permanent basis.

Working closely with the Senior Management team, you will be responsible for providing commercially focused and technically sound HR generalist support to a varied client group across the UK. This will include coaching line managers, recruitment, performance management, analysing MI, running compensation reviews, talent and development and employee relations case management. You will also be required to lead on change projects including restructurers, redundancies, TUPE and redeployment as well as mentoring and coaching a small team.

The successful candidate will have a proven HR generalist background within a call centre or outsourcing environment and be an expert in employment law. The ability to multitasking at a senior level, strong line management, relationship skills, initiative and attention to detail are essential for this opportunity as well as the ability to manage projects from start to finish in a demanding environment.
