Job Title: HR Manager (Assistant Director)

Location: London

Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits

Position: Up to 13 months maternity cover contract

Main Responsibilities will include: 

  • Ensure that human resources policies for faculty are updated and implemented including ensuring they are in line with legislative changes and other compliance needs.
  • Organise and oversee recruitment & selection of high calibre staff. Managing the full recruitment cycle
  • Policy and strategy development
  • Helping develop and advise on best practice
  • Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Manage all types of performance review for faculty; liaising with all relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the annual review of faculty salaries is managed and coordinated in an efficient and timely manner and oversee the monthly staff movement process with Accounts.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Relevent HR experience
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment law
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven, enthusiastic and motivated by the desire to improve systems to and contribute to improved Company performance
