Job Title: HR Manager/Business Partner

Location: London, West End

Salary: Up to £60k plus annual performance bonus

  

The Role

 

Our client, a global IT Consultancy are looking for a HR Business Partner to manage the HR function of the London Office. This is a standalone position to provide generalist HR support particularly in the areas of: employee engagement, coaching/development, employee relations, organizational development and training. In this role you will be managing a small client group of 90, you will report directly to the Head of HR who is based in Europe, however will work alongside the Executive Recruiter, Comp and Bens Specialist, and Head of Sales in the London Office.

  

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR processes and programs including but not limited to: talent management, leadership development, succession planning, process improvement, performance management, and communication to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee office assistant who looks after Visa/Immigration issues
  • Counsel employees on various topics (grievances, terminations, etc.) while maintaining employer advocacy role
  • Manage HR budget for the group
  • Manage the development agenda of all employees
  • Network to build and maintain long-term trusted client relationships
  • Collaborate with HR partners across Europe to ensure global delivery of HR strategy.
  • Advise Senior Management and Leadership teams on performance and related issues.
  • Identify engagement trends across the business groups and proactively design programs to address these trends.
  • Responsible for the all full on boarding and exit process
  • Update and implement the HR policies and procedures
  • Manage a cross-cultural work environment

 

The Successful Candidate:

  • Experience of working in an IT Outsourcing/Offshoring industry
  • Background of managing Sales/Consultancy/Reengineeringbusiness groups
  • Up to 7 years of core hands-on HR experience
  • Well versed in multiple areas of HR with prior experience administering HR policies & practices, preferably in a global matrix organization
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law
