Description
Our client is one of the most recognised and iconic fashion brands in the world. Since its inception, this brand has continued to evolve through the use of cutting-edge designs, innovative fabrics and exceptional fit and quality.Due to continued growth, this exciting brand is now looking to appoint a new HR Manager. Working in conjunction with the Operations Manager and reporting into the HR Vice President, you will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing the Retail HR Strategy. This will involve identifying all HR needs across Policy, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in an HR Manager position within a retail environment across multi-sites. You will ideally be CIPD qualified but this is not essential. You must demonstrate flexibility and a natural flair for customer service and relationship building. Strong planning and organisational skills are a must along with a 'can do' attitude and hands-on approach.
