A leading digital agency with a fantastic social culture have a need for a HR Manager for their team. This is a hands on role with great visibility within the business, and will give you the opportunity to really own and be the face and point of contact for HR in the UK.
A standalone HR role, you will be responsible for a combined client group of 80 in the agency, reporting directly into the Partners and will have peripheral support of a HR network within the wider group. You will develop strong relationships with the management team and your client group and provide advisory support and guidance around all people issues. As HR Manager, you'll be responsible for a full generalist remit, with an emphasis initially on recruitment, talent management and day to day HR processes, and will have the opportunity to be creative in utilising and implementing your ideas to really add value in this lovely role.
You will be currently operating at an established Advisor level, and will be comfortable working in a standalone position. You will be great at building relationships and will have experience gained in a similar fast placed, constantly changing environment. Ideally, you will have managed recruitment processes and taken the lead on ER cases, and will be able to demonstrate experience where you have been a trusted advisor to line managers on talent mapping and HR processes.
