Communicaid is an international training business specialising in the area of language and intercultural training. A fantastic opportunity has risen for an experienced HR manager to put into place systems and processes to support this dynamic company that boasts consistent growth. We plan to recruit an HR Manager who will be responsible for the HR management of our permanent staff who are based in the UK, Belgium and France. In addition the successful candidate will also take care of most aspects of the HR management of our freelance trainers. Essential: The following experience and qualifications are essential: CIPD or equivalent At least 3 years experience in a comparable position Hands on experience of designing and implementing new policies, systems, procedures Experience dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals Desirable: Ability to work fluently in French Knowledge of the French employment legislation Location: City of London Remuneration: Salary up to £45k plus benefits and bonus Applicants should send a detailed CV and a personal statement in support of their application to Kamaxi Patel by Saturday 25 February 2012.
