Description
My client, a leading international bank is looking for a HR Manager to join their London team supporting a demanding client group. This HR Manager will support and liaise with clients and colleagues in international locations. The HR team is friendly, collaborative and hardworking and requires a HR Manager that shares these qualities.
This role will work closely with the business providing "business as usual" and strategic HR support. This HR Manager will coach business leaders and roll out the HR agenda on employee engagement, talent, reward, performance management and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be a well rounded generalist who is adept at influencing the business and setting the HR agenda in-line with the business needs. Employee relations, talent, organisation development and recruitment experience is essential. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Manager from a financial services, professional services or "big corporate" background. The successful candidate will be a CIPD qualified or degree educated individual who is a commercially focused, pro active, strong HR generalist who is able to communicate and influence at all levels.
This role is within a large, matrix, international organisation so experience in similar organisations supporting very large client groups is essential. Annapurna HR is acting as the employment agency for this role.
