Are you a HR Manager with strong Generalist experience gained within a Professional Services environment looking for a new challenge?
Our client, a global law firm, is seeking to recruit an HR Manager (or Business Partner) into theirLondonoffice.
Your role will be to act as an HR Business Partner and main responsibilities will include looking after specific client groups (2 fee earning groups and perhaps 1 support group) as well as getting involved in project work and managing the development of an HR Officer and Assistant.
This role would suit a friendly and hands-on individual who enjoys working as part of an enthusiastic and hardworking team.
Some experience of operating at Manager level- including having at least one director report
Experience of working in a partnership organisation (not necessarily law), including influencing at partner level
Strong ER experience
Most importantly, the right 'can do' attitude and the ability to be a strong team player.
