My client a professional services business currently seeks an experienced HR Manager/Head of HR to join their HR team. You will be managing 2 HR Administrators and supporting all employees within the business, circa 170. This is both a strategic and operational position which requires someone who is happy to deal with all HR day-2-day duties and attending senior management meetings.

Your duties will include, and must have experience of but not restricted to:-
· Full Generalist role
· Provide strong HR support to the MD and Management Team
· Implementation and management of performance management process for all employees
· Employee retention including recommendations, recognition and more
· Oversee the benefits programmes, ensure consistent with the market
· Partner with managers on all employee relation matters
· Implementing HR Policies
· Knowledge of Payroll would be highly advantageous
· Management of 2 HR Administrators
· Various projects to lead on

Person specific
· CIPD qualified/part qualified
· Commercially aware and show credibility
· Experience within financial services
· Exposure to Senior Management team/board of Directors
· Driven and passionate
· Forward thinking and creative
